Well guys,
    I was trying to add a shortcut to the 'Programs' menu through my program
but it seems that it is quite impossible. The IShellLink structure is too
complicated and I did not actually get what to do. I was hoping that someone
can show me the way to create, read and modify shortcut files. So the files
does not have to be in the 'Programs' menu.
