[BCB] Process Not terminating

Hi friends,
I have a multithreaded application written in C++ Builder 3. When I exit
the application I terminat each thread which were created and calls
application->Terminate.

When this application runs in Server (NT4 server) when I click exit  button
of the application, Application disappears from the screen but still
running in the TaskManager/Processes. why is it so? because of this every
time I had to go into task manager and delete the process.

Strangely when this application runs in my machine (NT workstation), it
goes away from TaskManager/Processes and cleanup itself.

Anybody can help me Please.
