Go to the C++ Builder Hobby Pages
(http://home.pacbell.net/rmfci/bcbhp.htm) and get Rick Malik's
TDraftingPanel. It's great and works with BCB 1 or (with a minor edit) BCB
3 and it's free.

The other option is to put a TPaintBox on a panel but TDraftingPanel is
nicer.
