[BCB] Timage in a component

Hi,

I cretead a componant with a Timage and some TPanel. In a RC file a
place a picture. No problem, when I compile the component. When I place
my component on a form and when I compile  no problem. But when I run
there's a message "Ressource COLOR not found". (Color is the picture
name).
I have to add the RC file of my component to the project and at this
time the project run correctly.

I tried to use un RES file, but I've the same problem when I place my
component on a project. "File RES not found". More, I have to use a 256
colors picture and it's very ugly.

I want use the picture (see attach file).

I may be do a mistake somewhere, in the install package ? or I have to
place some component's file in a specific directory ? When I distribute
my component, I must give the REs (or Rc) file ?
