My middle initial is "H.," which stands for "Hugh." I know that this is a funny name. "Stephen Hugh" sounds so very British, which I am not. But it is important for me to use my middle initial.
Here's why: a distant cousin of mine is named Stephen R. Kellert. He teaches environmental ethics at the Yale School of Forestry. I've only met him once. Here is a page about him, courtesy of Clinique, of all things!
