    International Orientation

    Welcome International Students!

    All new international students including transfer students must attend their respective international orientation program. This will be a great opportunity for you to meet other new international students, returning international students, American students, staff and faculty at Hamline. The program is designed to help you acclimate to life in the United States, Minnesota and Hamline. The program includes information on visas, social security, campus resources, campus employment, counseling and health services, and health insurance.

     International student orientation is run out of the International and Off-Campus Programs office. Orientation is mandatory and helps incoming students acclimate and feel more at home at Hamline.

    Professor of History John Mazis had his book, "A Man for All Seasons: The Uncompromising Life of Ion Dragoumis" published.

    Director of Utilities & Energy Services Joe Moran has announced his resignation, effective Friday, January 31. During this transition time, Assistant Chief Engineer Steve Bordsen will assume the role of interim chief engineer of the Central Plant.

    All students are invited to the Hamline University Programming Board's Up All Night event on Friday, February 6 at 9 p.m. at the Bush Center.
