Piper Passages is the second required orientation program for first-year students. Piper Passages will take place on campus Sunday, September 1 - Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Come meet your New Student Mentors, develop new friendships, learn your way around campus, and get your questions answered.

Health Insurance: All Undergraduate students registered for at least 8 credits are required to have health and accident insurance. These students are automatically enrolled in and charged for Hamline's health insurance coverage.

If students have their own policy, they must go online through Piperline to waive their insurance coverage. Students should allow 48 hours for processing and then check their student account on Piperline to verify that the waiver credit appears. If there are questions or concerns, please visit the Student Account Webpage for health insurance.

If students do not go online to waive this fee by the specified semester deadline, they will be enrolled in Hamline's health insurance plan and will be responsible for the cost of that coverage.

Immunizations: Incoming students must submit immunization records through Piperline.  Please note that required immunizations include: Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), tetanus and diphtheria.  A tetanus and diphtheria vaccination must be current within the last ten years. If immunization requirements are not met a registration hold will be placed on the student's account

Housing information is sent to all admitted students. Once you submit your housing deposit, you will receive instructions on using the online housing application and roommate finder.

Technology for learning at Hamline includes Piperline, Blackboard, your Hamline email account, and more. Find information specifically for new students about essential applications and technology resources on campus.
