Women's hockey runs winning streak to five games
![]() The Pipers (6-4-2) held the Cougars (0-11) to just five shots on goal in the contest while firing 61 shots on goal. After Chatham took an early 1-0 lead, the Pipers tied the game heading into the first intermission with Sara Mickelson's first goal of the game. She would add a second goal and an assist. Brianna Miller added a goal and two assists. Anna Johnson, Lindsy Eilertson, and Melanie Leveille also netted goals for the Pipers, who extended their school record to five straight wins. Goaltender Crystal Testolin made four saves to earn the victory. Sam Hunt made 55 stops for the Cougars. Hamline will travel to St. Catherine on Jan. 19. Game time is set for 6:05 p.m. |
