Piper women's hockey drops second against Gustavus

Gustavus scored the first three goals of the game, starting at 10:56 in the first period. For the second time in two games, Kate Raasch (Jr., Saint Paul, Minn.) scored the lone Piper goal. Her score got Hamline on the board just less than one minute into the final period of the game. Today, Brianna Miller (Jr., Woodbury, Minn.) was credited with the assist on Raasch's goal.

Gustavus answered back with two more goals to set the final score at 5-1.

Hamline's record drops to 3-3-0, 0-2-0 MIAC with the loss, while Gustavus improves to 4-1-0, 2-0-0 MIAC with the win.

The Pipers next host Chatham College (Pittsburgh, Pa.) on Thanksgiving Eve, Wednesday, November 21, at 7:00 p.m. at Drake Arena.
