Women's hockey loses to St. Olaf 3-1

St. Olaf's Lindsay Boeser scored two goals and added an assist as St. Olaf scored the last three goals of the game to come away with a 3-1 win over Hamline Saturday afternoon in Northfield, Minn.

The Pipers (4-13-4, 3-9-2 in the MIAC) took a 1-0 lead after the first period on Brianna Miller's power-play goal at the 16:45 mark of the period. She was assisted by Marie Gross.

The Oles (10-11, 8-6) came back with two goals in the second period. Boeser scored her first of the game at 1:41.

Boeser later added a short-handed goal at 16:01 of the third period to lock up the win.

Hamline netminder Rachael Young made 24 saves in the game in a losing effort.

The Pipers will travel to Bethel Friday night. Game timei set for 7:00 p.m.
