Volleyball swept by Concordia
![]() Shane had 21 kills with just one error on 38 attempts for a hitting percentage of .526 in the contest, but the Cobbers (13-1, 6-0 in the MIAC) had to come back in game one to get the sweep. The Pipers (12-6, 4-3) held an 18-13 lead and were serving for game point at 29-28 before the Cobbers reeled off three straight points to close out the game. Sophomore Amanda Booth had six of her team-high 10 kills for Hamline in the game. The Pipers hit .326 with 19 kills as a team in game one, but Hamline had just 16 kills the rest of the way. Senior Dana Luiken added nine kills. Shane led three Cobbers in double figures. Danielle Dahl and Michelle Honek each totaled 10 kills in the match. The Cobbers held a 54-35 advantage in kills for the contest. The Pipers will host North Central (Minn.) in a non-conference match Thursday night at Hutton Arena. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m.
