Voss named MIAC Athlete of the Week

First-year goaltender Cameron Voss had two quality starts in the Hockey Showcase and was named MIAC Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday.

Voss earned his first collegiate victory in the Pipers' 2-1 win over Finlandia on Friday. Voss made 21 saves for the Pipers in the win.

He also stopped 55 shots in a 3-2 overtime loss to Bethel on Saturday.

Over the weekend, Voss allowed just four goals in 80 shots on the goal (.950 save percentage).

For the season, Voss has a 2.64 goals against average and .925 save percentage.
