Men's basketball beats Concordia in regular season finale
![]() Good scored 10 points on 5 of 6 shooting in a first half that saw the Pipers (11-14, 10-10 in the MIAC) claim a 36-29 halftime lead. After the Cobbers (6-16, 5-13) started the game on an 8-0 run, the Pipers responded with a 13-2 spurt midway through the half to turn a 15-9 deficit to a 22-17 lead. Good had four points in the span as six different players scored buckets for Hamline. The Pipers led by as many as 10 in the second half before the Cobbers tied the game at 47-47 with 10:39 remaining. Hamline then went on a quick 8-0 run. The Cobbers got no closer than four points the rest of the way. Hamline had already clinched the sixth seed in the upcoming MIAC playoffs. It will be their first playoff appearence since 1993-94. Sam Wiener added 14 points, six rebounds, and five steals. Brock Citterman paced the Cobbers with 16 points. Jason Miller added 13 points. Each player grabbed nine rebounds. Hamline shot 49 percent from the field (28-57) while Concordia shot at a 37 percent clip (19-52). The Pipers will travel to St. John's, who earned the third seed in the MIAC Tournament, on Tuesday.
