Four gymnasts to represent Hamline at NCGA National Championships

Four Hamline gymnasts will compete in individual events at the NCGA National Championships held March 24-25 at SUNY-Brockport.

First-year Brynn Stenslie qualified for nationals in two events - the balance beam and floor exercise. Stenslie tied for the West Regional championship in the balance beam with a score of 9.475.  Her score of 9.5 in the floor exercise also earned her a trip to nationals.

Juniors Caitlin Goodin and Katie Davis and first-year Alex Hughes will also make the trip to nationals. Goodin also qualified in the balance beam with a score of 9.2 at regionals.

Davis scored a 9.1 on uneven bars to earn the trip while Hughes scored a 9.4 on vault to make nationals.

The Pipers will compete in the NCGA National Championships on March 24-25 at SUNY-Brockport.
