Schultz named All-West Region first team by Don Hansen's Football Gazette

Schultz, from Rollingstone, Minn., finished tied for fifth in the NCAA with eight interceptions. He led the MIAC in interceptions for all games and was tied for second in conference play with five picks in eight games.

He led the Pipers with 86 tackles (48 solo, 38 assists) to go along with two forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and six pass breakups.

Schultz was named to ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District team in early November. He was also named All-MIAC first team and D3football.com All-West Region second team.
