Scholarships

Hamline offers two types of scholarship; Admissions Scholarships and Talent Scholarships.

Admissions Scholarships

Admissions Scholarships are awarded based upon your admission materials.  These scholarships do not require a separate application.

Talent  Scholarships

Talent Scholarships require a separate application.  Additional departmental scholarships range from $1,500 to $5,000. These scholarships require a separate application and additional materials from the admission process.

Outside Scholarships

Students are also encouraged to apply for outside or private scholarships. Hamline does not reduce Hamline scholarship and grant dollars when a student receives outside or private dollars.
