Notes: When I was living near Knoxville, Tennessee, our dance
community was startled when two core dancers were suddenly arrested on
federal marijuana charges. Donna and I decided that since dances are
sometimes written on the occasion of someone's departure from a dance
community, we ought to make the effort in this case. Naturally, a
"birdie in the cage" figure seemed appropriate. The variant allows the
#2's and #3's to steal a swing during the A1.
