SPEAKOUT: I hear a lot of complaints, but what is it that you like most about Hamline?

Chris Cushenberry-Junior

“My friends and the people I met. For the most part, the people here are good.”

Shelly Swenson-First-year

“I like the comfortable atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming. I mean, [a student] just came and gave us cake for no reason. It was amazing.”

Amanda Foerster-Senior

“I like that it's small, and seeing a lot of familiar people on campus.”

Will Khoury-Hanold-First-year

“I like the location in the Twin Cities. I enjoy small class sizes and relationships with the professors. And, in the ACTC schools, we have the best swim team.”
