Professor resigns
Prof. Erika Alin has resigned her position in the Political Science department. She will leave after this semester.
Political science majors were notified the week of Feb. 12 via e-mails from the department and Alin. Alin’s 10 advisees have been referred to Prof. Karen Vogel, the department chair and Katie Adams in Academic Advising.
Alin came to the university in 1992.
Alin said she is leaving to pursue other interests. “I’m open to all kinds of possibilities,” Alin said. She said she may move to Europe where her family has a house in Sweden that is currently unoccupied.
