Beyond the Bedroom: erotic expertise with Kelly Walsh
Do you ever find yourself in the middle of sex with your partner in the usual way and the usual place and time wondering how to make it better? While having a comfortable sex life can be nice, sometimes you want it to be better. Here are a few simple tips to help boost the pleasure level in your sex life.
Be healthy. If you live a healthy lifestyle you will definitely have more energy to have sex. Also, do not forget to eat fruit! For both males and females, eating fruit can help you taste better. If you put the effort into eating fruit daily your partner will be much happier and more willing to use their tongue to give you pleasure.
Try new things. I am sure you have heard this before, but it honestly will spice things up. Even if you are not comfortable with role playing or bringing in erotic toys, smaller things can add to the excitement. Try having sex in new positions, places and times. The element of surprise can really get someone aroused as well. So, next time your lover gets home after work, help them really relax with some unexpected gratification.
Use the lube. To help make sex better and easier, use plenty of lube. Lube is necessary for hand jobs, vaginal and anal sex. It can really help things go more smoothly and, of course, slippery.
Get wet before wild. I know you have heard this before, especially guys, but foreplay will up the pleasure for both men and women. In order to get your significant other hot and ready, be sure to use both your hands and your tongue all over. Remember, there is no such thing as too much foreplay! Furthermore, continue the pleasure by teasing your partner, specifically when they are close to orgasm. Keeping them from climaxing will make it all the better when they finally go over the edge.
Work it out. Another thing you can do to make sex better is to strengthen your pubococcygeus (or PC) muscles if you’re a man and the Kegel muscle if you’re a woman. The only time a guy can work these muscles is when he is erect, so be sure to work out while you’re having your next and every romp session. These are the muscles you use when you are trying to hold back ejaculation and the stronger they are, the better your orgasm. For women, contract the muscle you use when you try not to pee for about 10 seconds at a time for 10 minutes each day. Then, during an orgasm, tighten these muscles to increase the intensity for you and your partner.
These easy tips can hopefully help you and your partner experience better sex without trying too hard. And remember, safe sex means better sex, too.
