Sweet Action does not equal sweet satisfaction
As a long time subscriber to Suicidegirls.com, I became an avid fan of one of the sub-groups included in the website, Suicide Boys. If you are not familiar with Suicide Girls and their mission, I will quickly get you up to speed.
Suicide Girls is a somewhat new pornography site based on a more punk, arty type of porn. In blatant contrast to the ever popular Playboy Magazine, Suicide Girls is an independently run porn site featuring women one might see next to them in their philosophy course or at a local bar during a concert. All types of women are included and all of the photos are tasteful nudity, quite similar to the likes of Playboy, but a more edgy, raw take on porn. Suicide Boys is a similar concept, but the men volunteer and there is no pay. To be honest, I’ve never been one to complain about attractive naked men, so I became a fan instantaneously.
The first time I heard about Sweet Action was through an advertisement featured on Suicide Girls. I went straight to sweetactionmagazine.com to find out what all the hype was about. Sweet Action is a porn
magazine with a plethora of men posing so women; like us can get off. While the website lacks much else besides information as to where to purchase or order the magazine, there was enough to keep me intrigued for over a year.
Sweet Action Magazine is the first contemporary magazine for women, their mantra is “porn for girls.” My initial thoughts were quite optimistic. The men featured on the website seemed like the type of men I have a tendency to date. They looked as though they had fallen right out of the Triple Rock Social Club or climbed out of an all too humid basement after a local punk rock show. Hell yes, Sweet Action could have my $8 plus shipping and handling.
So then I waited. And waited. And almost a whole month later a lovely brown envelope came in the mail
with a big cock (you know, the rooster!) stamped on the front. Holding back my girlish giggles, I tore the package open, eager to see what I had been waiting for.
Being as though I am a full time student, sadly school comes before naked men. I did not have much time to do more than flip through the mag before I had to meet with friends to study. Obviously, I brought my mag with me. Upon arrival I tossed the magazine on the table hoping for good reactions.
Much to my (and women around the world’s) dismay, the magazine only features a few different men who are not terribly attractive. These men pose in the most compromising positions (can anyone say taint?) and leave so little to the imagination that I can’t imagine anyone, myself included, getting off to these photos. As a plus, however, the magazine features a centerfold (which is now hanging in my house) which is a constant source of controversy for us, because, oh boy, this particular centerfold is very unattractive. Along with a classy centerfold, each man who poses in Sweet Action has a brief biography about himself and an interesting graph which depicts what he thinks is hot, and what he thinks is not so hot.
These categories are very explicit and really at times unnerving. It can go anywhere from veggie burgers to finger-up-the-ass/BJ combo. And just so you all are aware, this category is a favorite among models in the magazine.
All in all, Sweet Action is somewhat satisfying. To give you a good idea of just how hot it is, I would give it four out of ten red hearts, the same measurement this mag uses to measure just how hot a hairy pussy is (according to male model Esteban, quite hot, giving it nine out of ten hearts). Leaving so much to be desired, I will continue my quest for a solo orgasm stay tuned for next week as I delve into the wonderful wide world of porno, on film.
