Four turnovers hand win to St. Olaf

Hamline football (2-5, 1-5 MIAC) jumped out to an early lead, but it wasn’t enough to hold back St. Olaf.
The Oles (5-2, 3-2 MIAC) worked out of a deficit to down the Pipers in a close 17-14 conference game.
There were a total of 10 turnovers in the contestčsix by St. Olaf and four by Hamline. The Pipers were also outgained 451-307 in total yards, despite Hamline quarterback Andy Gagnon’s two rushing touchdowns.
Sophomore Ben Dahmes led the Piper ground game with 71 yards.
