Faculty and Staff Resources Short-Term Course Proposal (for faculty) Full-Time Faculty members who wish to propose a short term course must complete the online proposal. The online proposal form for 2015-2016 Undergraduate J-Term and May Term courses and for HSB Graduate Seminars are now available; the deadline to submit proposals will be October 15, 2014. Any faculty member who would like to propose a course and would like to have a one-on-one tutorial on the new online process and the new study abroad software is encouraged to contact Christine Diaz-Higgins in the IOCP Office. She is happy to work with faculty members individually to complete the online proposal process. Hamline in York Programme Proposal (for faculty) Full-time undergraduate faculty members who are interested in participating as the Hamline in York Programme Director for the 2016-2017 Academic Year or beyond are encouraged to contact Kari Richtsmeier for more information on the requirements and the process. Study Abroad Colleague Application Staff members who are interested in participating in the Study Abroad Colleague program are now welcome to submit an application for the 2015 short term courses. All applications must be received by the International & Off-Campus Programs Office be no later than September 15, 2014. Please read and complete the following application pieces and submit them to the International & Off-Campus Programs Office (located at 742 Snelling Avenue) either in person or by email to email@example.com. Please do not email forms directly to any staff member, but use the office email address. 1. Read the Study Abroad Colleague Application Information and write your letter of interest, specifying a particular course of interest.2. Print, read, and sign the Study Abroad Colleague Description, Qualifications and Duties. 3.
