SHORT-TERM COURSE PROPOSAL (for faculty)
Full-Time Faculty members who wish to propose a short term course must complete the online proposal. The online proposal form for Undergraduate J-Term and May Term Courses for 2015 is currently available. All proposals must be submitted by November 1st, 2013.
Any faculty member who would like to propose a course and would like to have a one-on-one tutorial on the new online process and the new study abroad software is encouraged to contact Christine Diaz-Higgins in the IOCP Office. She is happy to work with faculty members individually to complete the online proposal process.
HAMLINE IN YORK PROGRAMME PROPOSAL (for faculty)
Full-time undergraduate faculty members may submit a proposal through our online application to teach a course to Hamline students at the University of York, England and act as the Resident Director on Hamline's University of York Programme. Proposals for Fall 2014, Spring 2015, or the 2014-2015 Academic Year are currently available on the website. Proposals for the Hamline in York Resident Director position for 2014-2015 must be submitted by August 1, 2013.
STUDY ABROAD COLLEAGUE APPLICATION (for staff)
As
part of the university’s expanding global and cross-cultural education
initiatives, Hamline University articulated a commitment to send a staff member
on short-term off-campus programs. This is done both in support of the
faculty leader and to further the internationalization of our campus
community. This is a unique professional development opportunity for
members of the Hamline University staff community to become meaningfully
involved in many of our global opportunities. Every year Hamline University
offers a number of short-term courses, including J-Term and May Term courses
and Graduate International Seminars.
The Hamline University
International & Off-Campus Programs Office is seeking applicants from
administrators and staff who would like to be considered as a Short- term Study
Abroad Colleague for a short term international course. Study Abroad
Colleagues will be selected by the International & Off-Campus Programs
