More about our work 

We manage both classrooms and event spaces, including outdoor areas, on the Saint Paul campus and schedule classes, meetings, and events for students, staff, and faculty from across the entire university. We coordinate event-related support services and work closely with services providers, as well as other space managers and schedulers at Hamline. This centrally-organized space management approach allows us to best meet the needs of the entire university.

Although ‘scheduling’ is part of our work, we don’t just put things in rooms. If only it were that simple! We’re thoughtful about the nature and needs of your event or class, and take that into consideration as we work with you to find the best available space.

We also advocate for space improvements based on our experience managing Hamline’s academic and event scheduling processes, and the feedback we receive from students, staff, and faculty from across the university. So please let us know about your experiences. We want to hear from you!
