• Piperline Registration Instructions for Graduate Students 

    Use the following instructions to register for all graduate courses that do not require special permissions.  MBA students: If you would like to register for an MBA core class, please email hsbgradadvisor@hamline.edu. Use the following instructions for elective registration.


    1. Find course numbers for the courses you want by searching the Piperline Class Schedule
    2. Using your Hamline ID and Piperline PIN, login to the secure area in Piperline
    3. Select Student Services from the welcome page menu
    4. Select Registration from the Student Services menu
    5. Select Register/Add/Drop Classes from the Registration menu
    6. Choose the appropriate term and click Submit
    7. Enter the CRNs for each of your courses click Submit

    You can verify your registration by clicking on Student Detail Schedule.


    State Eligibility and Complaint Process


    Hamline University, like all higher education institutions, is required to obtain authorization from individual states to enroll students residing outside of Minnesota. Hamline can enroll students residing in most states, but please confirm whether your state is among the eligible states.

    The release of the Donald Trump/Billy Bush video, along with accusations against former president Bill Clinton, have sparked unprecedented U.S. media attention to issues of power, privilege, and gender-based violence and oppression. Join a diverse panel of male-identified students, staff, and faculty on Tuesday, November 1 from 6:30-8 p.m in Giddens Learning Center 100E for a panel discussion.

    The Hamline community is invited to the book launch of Religion Professor Deanna Thompson's latest book The Virtual Body of Christ in a Suffering World. The event is on Sunday, November 6 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 700 Snelling Avenue South, St. Paul. There will be a brief presentation/reading and refreshments.

    School of Education faculty member Rachel Endo presented with colleagues at the Twin Cities Social Justice Fair on October 21, 2016. The group presented a session titled, The Coalition to Increase Teachers of Color and American Indian Teachers in Minnesota: Disrupting Business as Usual.
