Registration & Records is part of the Student Administrative Services Office. We are located in East Hall, room 113. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Registration & Records Statement of Purpose
Hamline University promises a distinctive learning environment with personal attention and exceptional experiences to prepare students to contribute and prosper in a changing world. Registration & Records supports the Hamline promise with a collaborative spirit of fairness and respect. We actively facilitate the university’s academic goals and structure through:
- Firm commitment to academic integrity through thoughtful development and implementation of academic policies and procedures, as well as consistent interpretation of established policies and procedures;
- Partnership with faculty and staff in the production and maintenance of course catalogs and class schedules;
- Accurate and timely registration, enrollment verification, and grade reporting of all undergraduate and graduate students;
- Certification of program completion, including the awarding of degrees;
- Creation, maintenance, security, and proper dissemination of academic records for past and current students;
- Strong leadership in applicable technology integration.
