    Who We Are and What We Do

    Registration & Records is part of the Student Administrative Services Office.  We are located in East Hall, room 113.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

    Registration & Records Statement of Purpose

    Hamline University promises a distinctive learning environment with personal attention and exceptional experiences to prepare students to contribute and prosper in a changing world. Registration & Records supports the Hamline promise with a collaborative spirit of fairness and respect. We actively facilitate the university’s academic goals and structure through:

    • Firm commitment to academic integrity through thoughtful development and implementation of academic policies and procedures, as well as consistent interpretation of established policies and procedures;
    • Partnership with faculty and staff in the production and maintenance of course catalogs and class schedules;
    • Accurate and timely registration, enrollment verification, and grade reporting of all undergraduate and graduate students;
    • Certification of program completion, including the awarding of degrees;
    • Creation, maintenance, security, and proper dissemination of academic records for past and current students;
    • Strong leadership in applicable technology integration.

    • Hamline and Cities97 will announce the Teacher of the Year contest winner on Tuesday, June 18 from 5 - 7 p.m. at Park Tavern.
       
    • Two Hamline Class of 2013 graduates, Angela Lesnak and Carly Braun, have been selected to receive one of twenty highly selective Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) foundation scholarships.

       

    • In collaboration with the Maya Society and the Minnesota Science Museum, Hamline University is proud to host a series of monthly lectures and workshops that coincide with the exhibit, MAYA: Hidden Worlds Revealed.
