    Technology Support

    Technology support involves all aspects of the technology that keeps Hamline running. That is the infrastructure behind the systems, operational and functional capabilities, troubleshooting hardware and software problems and the support of teaching and learning systems.

  • ITS News

    Another phishing email has been received by a number of folks in our Hamline Community. We are taking this opportunity to share a reminder that you can take proactive steps to protect our systems and information by following these recommendations.

    Hamline libraries and ITS have created a blended walk-up central desk to provide seamless help services for students, faculty, and staff. Librarians, academic technologists, and tech support are now available together in a pilot location on the first floor of Bush Memorial Library. A permanent location will be constructed this year.

    Problem resolved. ITS will be upgrading the wireless authentication system on Thursday 27 Aug to resolve any remaining issue. The upgrade will start at 1:00pm and will take about 2 hours, during which you may need to re-authenticate (login again). Any outage will be minimal.
