    Supporting Hamline University with technology entails different perspectives:

    • Technology Support 

    Technology support involves all aspects of the technology that keeps Hamline running. That is the infrastructure behind the systems, operational and functional capabilities, troubleshooting hardware and software problems and the support of teaching and learning systems.

    Instructional support refers to the resources and tools specifically involved with teaching and learning, concerned with developing pedagogical content, instructional strategies, and teaching methods.

  • ITS News
    • Hamline ITS is pleased to announce that Google Drive is now officially available for use with the same kind of security in place with network drives. The documents that you create in Google Drive are now being backed up with Spanning Backup.
    • On June 1, 2013, Hamline ITS will officially shutdown Groupwise and remove the client from all campus workstations

    • Spanning Backup allows you to retrieve your deleted Google files and calendar
