    Training Services

    Information Technology Services offers training in Microsoft Office, GroupWise, and Banner to Hamline Faculty and Staff.

    The training sessions are designed to fit different skill levels and needs.

    • The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) has announced a number of changes aimed at improving the support that they, along with Information Technology Services (ITS), provide to faculty.
    • Google announces updates to the Gmail inbox.
    • Hamline ITS has moved all in-use student and alumni GMail accounts to the same Google domain as Hamline staff and faculty. New email addresses for students took effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28.  All new mail is being directed to the new email address.
