    Training Services

    Information Technology Services offers different resources to learn the technology tools available on  campus. Self-help  resources  are  available  for all  technology  tools in the HU Knowledge Base.  Some tools have scheduled training sessions that you can attend.
    Also, Staff and Faculty can request a one-on-one session to get help on specific topics for Google and MS Office 2007.

    A new phishing email has shown up in the Google inboxes of several Hamline users.  The subject line is "Credit Card Notification..Required" in some, if not all the messages received. If you have received, or should you receive, this email, please DO NOT RESPOND to these emails or click on the "click here" contained in the message body!

    Hamline University's PiperXpress Program is saving money, reducing its copy/print volume and carbon footprint, while providing more services / functionality / convenience for users. That's a "Win-Win-Win!"

    Ben Phillip, director of technical support services, was a member of two panel sessions at GusDay, an annual information technology conference for Minnesota higher education institutions.
