  • Information Technology Services' main goal is supporting Hamline University with technology related initiatives, resources and needs.

    Technology support involves all the aspects of the technology that keep Hamline running. That means the infrastructure, tools, and resources behind the operations, from troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the support of teaching and learning systems. 

    ITS supports the Hamline community with services like the Help Desk, the Knowledge Base, training for staff and faculty, media services and equipment, and telephone services.

    • Hamline ITS is pleased to announce that Google Drive is now officially available for use with the same kind of security in place with network drives. The documents that you create in Google Drive are now being backed up with Spanning Backup.
    • On June 1, 2013, Hamline ITS will officially shutdown Groupwise and remove the client from all campus workstations

    • Spanning Backup allows you to retrieve your deleted Google files and calendar
