Central Service Desk The Central Service Desk is your first contact for assistance with technical issues and requests. We are located on the first floor of the Bush Memorial Library and can be contacted via phone, email or by visiting us in person. If you want to troubleshoot and resolve problems on your own, please utilize the Self-Help resources we offer. If you want to check on the status of an existing ticket or create a new one, our Customer Service Portal is the place to go (login with your Hamline credentials).
