    Information Technology Services' main goal is to support Hamline University with technology related initiatives, resources and needs.

    Technology support involves all the aspects of the technology that keep Hamline running. This means the infrastructure, tools, and resources behind the operations, from troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the support of teaching and learning systems. 

    ITS supports the Hamline community with services like the Help Desk, Knowledge Base, training for staff and faculty, media services and equipment, and telephone services.

    Another phishing email has been received by a number of folks in our Hamline Community. We are taking this opportunity to share a reminder that you can take proactive steps to protect our systems and information by following these recommendations.

    Hamline libraries and ITS have created a blended walk-up central desk to provide seamless help services for students, faculty, and staff. Librarians, academic technologists, and tech support are now available together in a pilot location on the first floor of Bush Memorial Library. A permanent location will be constructed this year.

    Problem resolved. ITS will be upgrading the wireless authentication system on Thursday 27 Aug to resolve any remaining issue. The upgrade will start at 1:00pm and will take about 2 hours, during which you may need to re-authenticate (login again). Any outage will be minimal.
