    Information Technology Services support the technical side of the tools and resources used for teaching and learning, and the Center for Teaching and Learning provides the instructional support to faculty members concerning developing pedagogical content, instructional strategies, and teaching methods using technology.

    A new phishing email has shown up in the Google inboxes of several Hamline users.  The subject line is "Credit Card Notification..Required" in some, if not all the messages received. If you have received, or should you receive, this email, please DO NOT RESPOND to these emails or click on the "click here" contained in the message body!

    Hamline University's PiperXpress Program is saving money, reducing its copy/print volume and carbon footprint, while providing more services / functionality / convenience for users. That's a "Win-Win-Win!"

    Ben Phillip, director of technical support services, was a member of two panel sessions at GusDay, an annual information technology conference for Minnesota higher education institutions.
