    Information Technology Services has these forms available for you to request special services.

    Reservation of ITS Equipment

    Use this form to reserve equipment to check out (Laptops, Clickers, Cameras and Camcorders, Lecture Capture, Conference phones...).To check out the equipment, you must come to the ITS Help Desk in the basement of Bush Library. Please bring your ID and allow 20-30 minutes to go through thew check out process. The parameters under which technological equipment will be loaned to Hamline employees and students by Hamline ITS it is ruled by the ITS Technology Equipment Loan Policy.

    Media Service audio/video equipment

    Use this form to request equipment (projectors, sound systems, tape recorders, VCRS, etc.) to classrooms as well as other events at Hamline.

    Google Groups and Sites Request Form

    Use this form to request Google groups and/ or Google Sites. The turn-around time for a Google Group is 3 business days. To understand their terms of use, please visit the Google Apps for Education Groups Policy and Google Apps for Education Sites Policy. Log with your Hamline Google account to use the form.

    Software installation

    Use this form to request a specific software program to be installed in computer labs and classrooms. To know more about the applications currently available in the computer labs, please check the Computer Labs Software Applications document (PDF).

    MS Software for home use

    Use this form to request Microsoft software at discount prices for home use by staff and faculty members.

    Use this form to submit a request to the Copy Center.

    A new phishing email has shown up in the Google inboxes of several Hamline users.  The subject line is "Credit Card Notification..Required" in some, if not all the messages received. If you have received, or should you receive, this email, please DO NOT RESPOND to these emails or click on the "click here" contained in the message body!

    Hamline University's PiperXpress Program is saving money, reducing its copy/print volume and carbon footprint, while providing more services / functionality / convenience for users. That's a "Win-Win-Win!"
