    Help Desk

    The Help Desk is your first contact for assistance with technical issues and requests. We are located in the basement of the Bush Memorial Library and can be contacted via phone, email or by visiting us here in person. 
    If you want to troubleshoot and resolve problems on your own, the Knowledgebase is the place to start. For information on the Help Desk equipment checkout program please contact us directly.

     The current working hours for the HelpDesk, after June 1st, are:  
      (all times Central)

    •  Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 9:00pm  
    •  Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm   
    •  Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm   
    •  Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm

    The Hamline community should be aware that a change will be made in the way network drives are mapped for Mac computers on Monday, August 10.

    A Hamline user Google account was recently compromised, and Information Technology Services has taken appropriate steps to address the situation. We are taking this opportunity to share a reminder that you can take proactive steps to protect our systems and information by following these recommendations.
