    Service Request

    Service Requests (previously known as Work Orders) are normally completed within 10 working days.  Please note there may be times when we are unable to complete your request during this time frame, but we will make every effort to keep you informed of delays.

    Emergency Procedures

    All non-emergency services require the completion of a service request. During the week between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., call our office at ext. 2225. For emergencies that occur after hours, on weekends, or over holidays call the Office of Safety and Security at ext. 2100.
