    How to make a Service Request (previously known as Work Orders)

    On March 1, 2010, Hamline Facilities Services implemented a new service management program called Maintenance Connection. With this new application, the method for submitting Service Requests has changed.

    All non-emergency services require the completion of a service request or work order.
