    Our office is responsible for classroom and event scheduling and space management. Our goal is to create a centrally-organized approach to best meet the needs of the Hamline community by:

    • Managing classrooms and event spaces throughout campus, including outdoor spaces
    • Coordinating event-related support services on the Hamline campuses, including:
      • Event setup and tear down
      • Audio visual services
      • ARAMARK catering
      • And more.

    Request Events with 25Live®

    Hamline University uses 25Live®, a web based scheduling, publishing, and registration system which facilitates and manages the scheduling of classes and events. Authorized users (University students, staff and faculty) are able to search for and request or book times, venues, and resources on the web 24 hours a day.

     25Live® improves services to students, faculty and staff, as well as other organizations by improving the efficiency, accuracy, and communication across campus as well as 24 hour access to current event information.
