Recruitment and University Events

The Recruitment and University Events Office, a component of the Marketing Department, is responsible for the planning, implementation and oversight of recruitment events and several university-wide events, including Commencement, Honors Day, and Matriculation. The team is committed to helping all guests experience Hamline in the best possible way, through branding, programming, logistical planning and more.

The office is a resource for best practices for event planning, including information on preferred vendors for all event-related rentals, the use of Hamline branded materials (banners, flags, signage, etc.), and assistance in creating relationships with on-campus service providers.
