    Safe Zone 1 Trainings

Safe Zone 1 Trainings are four-hour long introductory workshops that help participants develop a deeper awareness of personal ideas, stereotypes, and assumptions related to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA) and related communities and helps increase participant's comfort level supporting LGBTQIA and allied individuals within the university community.

Participants have the option of joining the Hamline University Safe Zone Network and receiving a Safe Zone sign after completing the training. If you have any questions, please telephone us at 651-523-2380 or email us at tahans@hamline.edu.
