The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) invites you to the Spring 2013 Faculty Development Day on Thursday, May 23, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The target audience for this event is all interested faculty from each school within the University.
The theme of this event is, "High-Impact Learning at Hamline: A Faculty Showcase." The day's program will include six informative sessions covering each of the ten high-impact educational practices. More than twenty-five of your faculty colleagues have already agreed to present at this event. Each session will include a panel of practitioners who will share their teaching experiences and suggested best practices. Several interactive activities will provide you with a list of possibilities and next steps for implementing a new high-impact practice in your own teaching.
Registration is now closed. We are very pleased to offer a hot breakfast and boxed lunch; to be fiscally responsible, we need to provide an accurate count to catering, so please be mindful of your RSVP. Fabulous prizes, including Apple iTunes gift cards and a few surprises, will also be given away during the event. Please join us!
In order to view the videos on this page, you will need to use your Hamline username and password to log in to the streaming server after you click a link to a video.
