Fan Bus and Tickets to NCAA Men's Hockey Tournament

The Hamline men’s hockey team heads to the quarterfinals of the NCAA D-III tournament on Saturday, March 21 at 7 p.m. at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Sign up for the fan bus at the  Walker Fieldhouse front desk from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday - Friday. Space on the bus is first come until spaces are gone. There is a $10 fee that includes the game ticket.

The Pipers won the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) tournament before a sold out crowd on Saturday, March 7 with a 4-2 win over St. Mary's University in Winona. The Pipers record is now 14-10-4 under first year head coach Cory Laylin. Star Tribune sports columnist Patrick Reusse published two great articles about Hamline Athletics this week. It will be the second trip ever to the NCAA D-III men's ice hockey tournament for Hamline. In 2011, they defeated UW-Superior, 3-2 and then lost in a quarterfinal game at St. Norbert's, 4-0.
