Email Distribution List
The Hamline List Manager service allows the easy dissemination of information to particular groups of people. Membership in a group is (in most cases) automatic, such as membership in a class list for persons taking that class. Some lists are discussion lists which allow all members of the group to communicate with the others, whereas some lists are announcement lists which allow only a few people to send messages to all others. Some lists will be moderated, which means that even those allowed to submit messages to a list will have their messages examined for format and content before being distributed to the members.
Posting to a list is done by sending an email to <list name>@listserv.hamline.edu
List administrators may now administer their lists via a web interface located at https://listserv.hamline.edu
