Legal Research and Writing Program Hamline Law's Legal Research and Writing Program goes beyond practical coursework simulating the demands of law practice to include individual tutoring sessions with full-time professors prior to submitting assignments, constructive written feedback on submitted assignments, and optional conferences to review graded assignments. Institutes Hamline Law's renown institutes add to our rich academic environment while developing students' ADR, health or business law knowledge and skills. The Institutes offer many courses in dispute resolution, health law, and business law throughout the year, during the Summer Institute, and January term, including study abroad opportunities. Hamline Law Library Hamline's law library gives you access to modern collections of print, electronic, and microform resources, and AV equipment you may need for course presentations. In addition to the more than 300,000 volumes and electronic databases in our library, you also have access to the libraries of seven other colleges and universities through a consortium arrangement.
