Dean McCarthy Speaks on Panel

School of Business Dean Anne M. McCarthy was a panelist at a recent meeting of Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Education and Workforce Policy Committee on Thursday, July 11 at Augsburg College.  The purpose of the panel was to inform Minnesota Chamber businesses about higher education efforts in the areas of experiential learning and internships.  Dean McCarthy presented Hamline's initiatives in mentored internships and high impact learning.  Other panelists from Augsburg included Dr. Amy Gort, Ph.D., assistant vice president of academic affairs and dean of arts and sciences, Dr. Lori Peterson, Ph.D., assistant vice president of academic affairs and dean of graduate and professional studies, and Kim Stone, assistant vice president for advancement.
