Professor David Allen Larson's article "Access to Justice for Persons with Disabilities: An Emerging Strategy" has been published in the international peer-reviewed journal, Laws, which is published in Basil, Switzerland.
Larson was invited to submit the article, which will be included in a special issue titled, "Technology, Social Media, and Law." Larson argues that training advocates to provide services to a population that may have significantly different needs even within that population may be a more efficient and effective way to improve access to justice than by attempting to draft laws and regulations that somehow address all possible circumstances. The publisher, Multidisciplinary Publishing Institute, reports that its articles receive more than 2.4 million monthly webpage views.
