Hamline student Mak Hayes and graduate assistant Stephanie Kane were honored with awards at the NODA: Association for Orientation, Transition, and Retention in Higher Education
, region 5 conference over spring break.
Mak Hayes participated in a case study for students in leadership roles within their orientation programs and received the Best Overall Communication award. Stephanie Kane received the award for Outstanding Graduate Student for the region. Both are members of the team who help organize, plan, and shape the orientation programs, Preview and Passages, at Hamline University.
