Hamline School of Law Professor Judge Jim Morrow taught a four-day judicial decision making course to state court trial judges at the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, July 8 - 11. Through the National Judicial College, Judge Morrow has taught courtroom procedure, judicial decision making, and evidence courses to new and experienced state court trial judges from the United States and other countries since 2001. In addition, Judge Morrow is teaching judicial decision making to administrative law judges through the National Judicial College in Chicago August 15-16. Judge Morrow, a former Minnesota District Court (10th District) trial judge, is one of the nation's leading judicial trainers. For 15 years, he headed the Minnesota Judicial College, providing intensive annual judicial training programs required for all Minnesota trial judges.
