Failinger Speaks at Religious Legal Theory Conference

Hamline School of Law Professor Marie Failinger served as the keynote speaker at the Conference on Religious Legal Theory hosted by the Touro Law Center in New York on April 10 - 12.

This annual conference brings together leading scholars from around the country to discuss ways in which religious thought might help illuminate law and legal theory. Failinger also was a panelist on international human rights and adoption and Lutheran views of adoption at Pepperdine School of Law in February. She is scheduled to speak on the current state of constitutional law after Roe v. Wade at Gustavus Adolphus University's Mayday Conference on Roe v. Wade on May 2 as well.
