Associate Professor of Law Allen Blair served as a visiting scholar at Oxford University Law School during the fall semester, researching issues of economic justice and consumer arbitration. He will continue as a visiting scholar for the spring semester, focusing his research on international commercial arbitration and law and economics.
Blair also recently became a contributing editor for the ContractsProf Blog.
In addition, Blair has been invited to present his paper, "Is Less Really More?: The Supreme Court's Recent Stance on Limited Judicial Review of Arbitral Awards," at a symposium entitled, "The Role of the Courts: Judicial Review of Arbitral Awards and Mediated Settlement Agreements," held at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law on February 22 & 23. Blair's paper will be published by The Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation
as part of its symposium edition in the spring.
