It was a game of chances. Hamline couldn't convert on power plays. Visiting Milwaukee School of Engineering connected twice with the man advantage en route to a 5-0 victory over the Pipers Friday night at Vadnais Heights.
Nick Heimer (pictured) recorded 20 saves as HU fell to 0-12-2 on the season.
The play was even -- MSOE held a slight 25-23 edge in shots on goal. The Raiders (9-3-1) scored once in each of the first two periods and broke it open with three final period tallies.
Hamline is off until January 5 when they play at UW-Stout.
