On November 17, 2012 Dr. Nocella, visiting professor in the School of Education and Senior Fellow of the Dispute Resolution Institute in the Hamline Law School, sat on a panel dedicated to alternatives to prisons at the American Society of Criminology's Annual Conference. Nocella presented on hip hop culture and the dismantling of the school to prison pipeline.
