Jane Krentz was recently invited to present at the (NCSL) National Conference of State Legislature's Seminar for Education Committee Chairs in Denver, Colorado. Her presentation was entitled "Assessing Student Achievement and Growth in an Era of Reform." Krentz is a former state senator who chaired NCSL's Education Committee in 2001-2002 and has frequently presented at the organization's conferences.
