Pipers host final meet before regional championships

Molly Weber (Jr., Taos, N.M.) finished second in the all-around with a total of 35.950 points (vault - 9.050, bars - 8.650, beam - 9.100, floor - 9.150). She tied for seventh on the balance beam and was ninth on floor exercise.

Melissa Thomas' 35.00 points placed her fourth in the all-around (vault - 9.150, bars - 8.700, beam - 8.100, floor - 9.050). She was the highest-placing Piper on the uneven bars, in tenth place, and vault in ninth place.

UW-La Crosse won the meet with 184.175 points, Winona State placed second in the team competition with 180.550 points and Hamline tallied 169.100 points.

The Pipers will next compete in the WIAC/West Regional Championships on Sunday, March 7, at Gustavus Adolphus College.
