Welcome! The information on this page is designed to help you make informed decisions about your health insurance, flexible spending accounts and other benefits. Please review the information carefully and prepare to enter your benefits elections beginning Friday, November 1. All Benefits eligible Faculty and Staff who want to participate in Hamline's health benefits for 2014 must make their elections online through Piperline Open Enrollment.
Once logged into Piperline, click on Open Enrollment link near the top of the page. You may also select "Employee Services," then "Benefits and Deductions," then "Open Enrollment."

If you have completed the Healthy Habits program and are maintaining the same Plan and Coverage Level, you do not need to complete a HealthPartners Enrollment or Change form when selecting Healthy Habits rates in Piperline Online Open Enrollment. For example: In Piperline online Open Enrollment, if your current coverage is Plan B, Employee Only and you select Healthy Habits Plan B, Employee Only, you do not need to complete a form when prompted.
